After a fishing expedition, a local stopped at a motel on the way home and used the lavatory without closing the doors. When he returned to the car, he noticed someone in the front seat. The dejected dog jumped through the open door in quest of assistance.
Unfazed, the man promptly offered the hungry visitor some cookies. As he examined the dog, he concluded she had come for a reason. He chose to walk the dog instead of driving her somewhere that day.
This roaming beauty was fortunate to meet him and his wife, who routinely aid stray pets. On the way home, the husband emailed his wife a photo of their new pet, which she appreciated.
However, things did not always go as planned. The faithful dog declined to exit the car when the occupants arrived at the residence.
He had to step in and transport the dog securely to his residence. The dog’s life has never been the same since. The new pet was introduced to the rest of the family’s pets.
“He bathed her after our dogs suggested she could be trusted,” the owner says. The dog slept well since the owner had constructed a fireplace.
